Our Staff...
Scott Henman Head Coach 11 and 12 year olds Scott has led the Clinton County Fins team for 4 successful years. He stepped up to the head coach position four years ago when no one else would. He has worked to build up the organization, developing a stronger relationship with the YMCA staff and leading the team in hosting their first HOME meet this past season. Scott swam for years and throughout high school. He went on to both coach and teach swim lessons in Hawaii. It is worth mentioning that he also developed his short and long board skills while in Hawaii as well. He came back to Wilmington, coaching the WHS Swim team for several years.
Maria was raised in Arcanum, Ohio. This past May, she received her Bachelors degree in Intervention Specialist/MMD from the University of Findlay. She currently teaches K-3 with special needs at Holmes Elementary. She swam for the Arcanum summer swim group for five years and has taught swim lessons through the YMCA for the last 8 years. She is looking forward to a great swimming season with the Fins.
Brittany Mozingo Coach, 8 and unders
bmozingo@wilmington.edu Brittany joins our staff with 13 years of swimming experience. She started swimming at the age of 7 and now swims for Wilmington College. She coaches her hometown Maplewood Gators in the summer focusing on distance swimming. She is currently attending Wilmington College majoring in Math and Education.
